The Perpetual Concentrated Equity Fund represents the fullest expression of our investment principles: it invests in a relatively small number of stocks, around 30 to 40, a hand-picked bundle of our highest conviction ideas. The Fund allows a higher weighting to individual stocks than a typical core fund, which means that we can implement the team's best ideas with great conviction – we can back the stocks we like and avoid the ones we don't.

Industrial share fund
The Perpetual Industrial Share Fund aims to provide long-term capital growth and regular, tax effective, income through investment in quality Australian industrial shares. We seek to buy shares at levels where the market price is below what we perceive to be fair value given a company's fundamentals and market conditions. The Fund tends to invest in stocks exhibiting 'value' characteristics such as low price-to-book values, low price-to-earnings ratios and higher yields.
In a tough environment, the Industrial Share Fund has been consistently achieving top quartile ratings over a number of time periods, with particularly strong performance during recent volatility.
